Honey-Mustard Grilled Chicken Thighs

1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. fresh chopped rosemary
1/2 tsp. pepper
1  1/2 lbs. skinned and boned chicken thighs
1/2 lemon

Combine garlic, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, rosemary and pepper in a large zip-lock plastic bag. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients. Add chicken, seal bag and marinate for 1 to 24 hours.

Grill chicken over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and squeeze lemon juice over chicken.

Serves 4
