Orzo Salad with Watermelon and Feta

1 cup uncooked orzo
2 cups fresh watermelon, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste
Freshly ground pepper

Bring a medium-size pan of salted water to a boil and add orzo. Cook until done, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain orzo and rinse with cold water. Allow to drain completely.

When orzo is cool, toss with remaining ingredients in a medium serving bowl.
