Shrimp and Cherry Tomatoes with Feta

2 tsp. olive oil
1 1/4 lbs. peeled and deveined shrimp
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 cup chicken broth
3 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper; add to skillet and cook, stirring, until shrimp begin to turn pink, about 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes, garlic and oregano and cook until tomatoes soften, about 1 minute. Add broth and cook, stirring to scrape up browned bits from bottom of pan, until shrimp are opaque in center, about 2 minutes. Stir in feta and cook 1 minute longer. Remove from heat and stir in dill. Serve immediately.
