Risk/Benefit Ratio of Mindful Eating

We all know that mindful eating is good for us. It also aids in weight loss because when we eat slowly, we eat less. Two of the pooches in this video seem to be prime examples.  They are obviously controlling their portions by paying careful and deliberate attention to their food.

But they beg the question: how slow is too slow?
