Summer HiJinks

by Anne Bennett on July 2, 2013

The 4th of July is only two days away and the hungry poodles are raring to celebrate America’s birthday. Julia practices her high jumps while Lulu and Whitman await their turn. For a poodle, it doesn’t get much better than when a human stands in the back yard and sprays water from a hose.

There goes Lulu! She’s no spring chicken, so she may have some sore joints tomorrow. That’s OK. She’d rather play with sparklers on the 4th, especially if they’re attached to a ball ( BALL ! )

Love the activity points they are getting. I am back from a road trip that took me from Texas to Canada. Will try to make your class at noon on Wednesday.

I’d give LuLu a 10 for heart. This aging thing isn’t for the faint of heart.

As impressive as their remarkable jumping is, I’m waaay more impressed that they actually “wait their respective turns”. Now THAT should earn EVERYONE a 10! What good dogs they are!
