Julia thinks oat bran muffins are so delicious, she just can’t stop eating them. They’re good for you too, in moderation, which Julia obviously hasn’t mastered yet. Consequently, she’s spending the morning you-know-where (see above).
The type of fiber in these muffins is oat bran, which unlike wheat bran is soluble, so I don’t anticipate any…unfortunate incidences. It should help lower her cholesterol, though, which is probably why she ate so many, right?
Give the recipe a try, but please, enjoy only one muffin at a time.
