With so many sugar-laden holiday eating opportunities, it’s difficult to decide when to be prudent and when to indulge. Should I eat these healthy multi-grain waffle bits (albeit with no syrup, thanks, Mom) or save room for iced Christmas cookies later? Hmm…let me think.
This is the most challenging time of the year for those of us who prefer to get our vegetables from carrot cake and sweet potato pie. What on earth can we do to stave off those dreaded January added pounds?
